All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Note: Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Esil ships to valid U.S. addresses including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. Territories.
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Esil is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your international shipment. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Esil is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Keep all packaging and damaged items to support your claim with the carrier.
